The story concerns the Countess Irina (Lina Romay) a vampire who feeds through giving head to men and woman, killing them in the act. The Countess roams around the woods in knee high boots, a cape, and nothing else pondering her existence. She also likes to retreat to her bedroom to suck her thumb, masturbate and hump pillows. When she falls in love with one of her prey she finds herself in a dilemma - should I furiously blow this guy or not?!

Female Vampire is the must own film for those into Lina Romay, she was never more beautiful or out of control then in this film. Her solo bedpost and pillow humping scenes are worth the price of admission alone. The film has a nice, dreamy quality and the amazing sight of Lina Romay giving her all in the oral sex scenes.
